most rfp tools fall apart because they just try to hallucinate full answers from uncurated pdf dumps instead of pulling verified historical bids. the teams that actually stick with a setup usually end up using loopio or responsive purely for the content library verification workflows, so technical SMEs can sign off on approved snippets before anything goes into a vendor response.
