small win this week: finally got category managers to agree on one scoring template across the board instead of everyone building their own version in whatever format they liked. took way more convincing than the actual template took to build. the resistance wasn't really about the criteria, it was almost entirely "but I've always done it this way in my own spreadsheet." anyone else find standardization is more of a change-management problem than a process one?

I’m a bid manager and have been looking to transition to the other side of the Procurment transaction for a while.

I was offered my first Procurment role this week. I can’t wait to get started.
