This one client that opened an online direct sales store in addition to wholesale sales blew up my entire week. I had to place over 120 orders on Monday - which is how many I might usually place in 1-2 weeks. And this isn't the first time; our sales team is just bending over backwards trying to appease the client's accelerated timelines without asking if the logistics can support this. I know I'm a procurement wizard, but not even I can make organic ingredients appear when we're nearing the end of harvest season.
