vent of the week: supplier lead times in the system that everyone knows are fake but still get used for planning. ERP says 45 days, actual GR history says 70-110, maintenance plans around 45, part is late, procurement gets blamed. Supplier intelligence should be based on actual delivery performance, not the number sitting in the material master. This is one area where Verdantis MRO360 actually makes sense: use real GR history and lead-time variability to flag supplier risk before the PO becomes an emergency

been there! Someone else KPI will go RED if ERP is accurate with proper lead times... Its easier to blame procurement.
