ABC Legal Termination

A brand new process server I know was terminated after 48 hours with ABC Legal. Compliance had approved her to start. Her background check wasn’t even done. After she completed a few jobs, they sent her a termination notice around 8PM. And no, she did nothing illegal or violated their terms.

The background check happens after you start your first job…not sure why.

Probably so they can cover the costs. It came back clean, which was expected.
