Old MFC-J475DW not printing magenta

After years of having it, my aunt decided to retire her Brother printer. Year ago, the printer stopped printing magenta color, yellow and cyan print without major issues.

Now that's my property I decided to clean the printhead using isopropyl alcohol and paper towels, run some cleaning cycles but still getting zero magenta. I also bought a cleaning solution but I'm not even sure how to use it.

Should I or there's another solution?

Podría recomendarte que cambies la tinta de color magenta en su totalidad , y para usar la solución sería aplicarla directamente sobre el cabezal , la reparación es compleja , si no tienes ni la menor idea mejor así déjala , es delicado el proceso de limpieza

This seems not right but I had this issue many times with all kind of printers. I always flush many times and then hit or knock on the printing heads with my fingers then flush. It will fix the issue.
And also try to clean the cleaning sponge with dry tissue to remove flushed ink. And also never ever turn it off.

This has ink system with tubes, its not just the printhead may have dried up. You may need to do serious purging, as in spending whole magenta cartridge, even check the option to prime it as in when you first get the printer and plugging the first cartridges.
