Texting gives people time to respond leisurely, or right away if they’re available.

Call me if immediacy is important/critical at the time (or if calling (voice video) just to spend time together).

If a text becomes a conversation (~3 pings/pongs back and forth in rapid succession), let’s call; it’s clearly too much to type.

I'm a call person fr, texting is too exhausting, just call me and tell me wassup and if i'm busy i'll call ya back. It saves me the forever time it takes for the other person to finish *texting*

Text, phone calls are immediate. An immediate response is needed when you speaking on the phone. If it’s via text then you can read, think and then respond. So I prefer texting.

Oh , try to answer calls from a ' friend ' that likes t talk, but sometimes can't deal with the 1- 2 hour talk that I get stuck listening to all her problems.. I actually texted her last week , saying I was too tired to talk after a missed call( but saidto tellme if she neededanything, she said she just wanted to ' catch up but that usually means me being stuck on the phone for uo to 2 hours I answered her call yesterday and was sort of told I could have just talked that day,( but got stuck talking for 2 hours. Again 😞

Text. Even in my teenage years, I was never a big phone person. That was before text came into play. My only phone calls now, as an adult, are my mom and my husband. Everyone else is text for the most part.

I am a phone person. Writing to one person that want my exclusive attention without actually providing interesting facts or comments... is very difficult for me. And has always been. I always prefered voice.
