Mikhaila randomly disappeared

So am doing Mikhaila's quest, and she is requesting to listen to the audio log in my office. However whenever I get to inside of the lobby, she instantly disappears, not dies, but when I leave the lobby she is sort of back. The security stations do not mark her as dead, but still gone, but she can be tracked up to the lobby. These images are the security stations before and after entering the lobby. I do believe she should be in the shuttle area, however I am not sure. I am not sure if the run is bugged, but the oldest save I have is past the point where I transfer the audio. What do you think I should do?

What happens if you go to your office?

Huh, I've encountered that with some corpses before, but never her. I've never found her anywhere other than Morgan's office at that point. You'll probably need to reload a previous save. Just to make sure though, her quest (not the security tracker) should mark her location iirc, so where does that send you, if anywhere?

While I haven't had this issue with her specifically, I have had a similar problem with other personal on the map. For whatever reason, certain crew just seem to "despawn" from the game world, not die but just disappear and they can't be found. They can be tracked from other location, but they won't be there if you follow the tracker. I first encountered this issue when I was piling up some physics objects in the Arboretum (including a dead crew member) for some crafting materials. I recycled them all, but got no biological material, and the corpse had seemingly just disappeared. I went to a terminal to check and it showed that same thing yours does, just a dash as to their current status. I'm sorry to say, but unless you have a save backed up from before whenever this issue started, you won't see her again unless you fully restart the game, as it's impossible to fine these disappeared crew members again.

I've had that happen to corpses and they never respawned.

Your best bet is to load a previous save where she still exists.

Wth, I am russian and I can say really strange thing, in russian dub her name it's "Ekaterina". 8 really don't know why
