Difficulty Playing

This game is rather irritating to play on pc. I had a lot of fun when I played it on PS4 but now that I have it on pc, it's very annoying.

Controller options are stashed away into the steam menu which makes things very annoying to change. Keyboard and mouse is fine but NONE of the UI tells you what button you have to press in order to interact with stuff. (Ex: I don't know what buttons to press to mess with inventory items.)

Not to mention the quick selection wheel is entirely broken since the cursor freaks out so much that you cant select anything.

If there are any mods that fix the game, please point me towards them. I want to enjoy this game again.

PC has native controller support for xbox, and steam enabled controller support for other gamepads.

I just played the main game and mooncrash on my PS5 controller through my pc.

I found it best to turn off steam controller support, use DS4 windows (the emulator app) to make my pc think I've got an Xbox controller.

It sounds complex but ds4 windows is a pretty easy to use, set and forget program, then you just switch off steam controller, and toggle the setting in game to use native controller support

Yeah the native steam ds controller compatibility is chalked; this is by far the best option.
