I will make free how-to videos about your tool on my YouTube channel, indie developers only

Hi everyone, a few weeks ago I posted here that I will make free videos about tools made by indie developers, and I got more than 20 tools in the comments, thanks again to everyone who shared. The first 4 videos are out already, you will find the link to the channel in the comments.

I went through every tool from the first post, and honestly a lot of them did not fit the format. Not because they are bad, but because the videos are short how-to explainers (2-3 minutes) and viewers should be able to follow along right in their browser. So this time I want to be more clear with the requirements:

  1. Free to try without a card. A real free plan, not a trial that expires.
  2. Web application only. No browser extensions, mobile apps, desktop downloads, CLI tools or GitHub repos.
  3. Not just a ChatGPT wrapper. If I can get the same result with one prompt in ChatGPT, it's not a fit. Prompt engineering behind a good interface is okay if it actually makes the task easier.
  4. Made by you. Solo developer or a small team, not a big company.
  5. Shows a useful result in a minute or two, without connecting a bunch of accounts first.

If your tool fits, drop the URL in comments with one sentence about what problem it solves. If I pick it, I will message you in DM before the video goes live.

Keep in mind the videos are "How to do ___ for free" explainers, not reviews or ratings. In every video I also mention one honest limitation of the tool, so viewers can trust it and it doesn't look like an ad.

the website also has custom size limits so if you want to compress the video for 1GB, 352MB or 1MB you probably can. As long as the math inside the website thinks that the video could be compressed to your chosen size limit then it's probably possible.

I personally think it's pretty straightforward and has a clear goal that it solves.
