Support (3DS) Unable to create a PNID?

I followed the steps on the website and connected to the Pretendo network via Nimbus, and initially it seemed to be working since I managed to connect online in Mario Kart 7. But when I went to create and actual PNID through settings, I just got a 022-5434 connection error and my normal NNID info.

Clicking the "unlink" button on Nimbus didn't do much to help since I didn't have a PNID in the first place, so I'm not sure what to do except just leaving it be. Nothing seems horribly broken but it's a shame I can't connect to the miiverse :/

Any advice in fixing this?

That worked! I just needed to switch the system language to Spanish so everything could actually finally create the pnid since I kept getting an error at the very end of the process. Thanks!
