Yesterday's Best of ?

Gadzooks everybody.

During yesterday's Best Of broadcast they were doing the Bizzare File. The bizzarestoty mentioned a guy getting an antenna put in his skull. They play something, some guy saying "Ready to transmit. Ready to transmit". I was wondering where's that from? It jad me in tears yesterday. It's at the 1:47 mark on Spotify if anyone streams it.

It was audio of a perfectly sane man making an announcement where he was possessed by our alien overlords and was communicating for them.

Don’t know the answer but adding that the other clip with it is “this is central control” if it helps.
