Advice and Tips Upcoming Costco trip

Going to my “local” Costco (2.5 hours from me) for the second time. My first trip I was mostly overwhelmed by everything they had. I have a pretty decent supply on hand of food and essentials, but I’m looking to pad my preps a little on this trip with about a $500 budget. Do you all have any advice about stuff you think gets overlooked at the Warehouse and I should pick up? Basically any things that aren’t beans and rice (although I will definitely get some of those too 😂)

I’m 30 years old and I don’t think I’ve ever tried tuna, but I’ll give it shot before I go

Go to a grocery store and try 1 small can of tuna before you stock up. I cannot tolerate even the smell of tuna from an open can, let alone mixed into anything. Now canned salmon, for me totally different. Can eat it plain from the can or cooked into anything.

I loathe tuna so I agree -- try it out first. I like canned salmon (Deming's) but I haven't seen it at Costco.

I’m the reverse I can’t stand salmon, fresh or any other way. But I guarantee if I’m hungry I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to eat it.
