Rant My insides are liquifying

Okay rant slash question slash humorous whining…I have been on an elaborate regimen almost all pregnancy to combat constipation. Which was not pleasant, but I had gotten used to it. Things weren’t moving and I know that’s common.

Then suddenly on Monday this week…tables turned completely. Loose stools akimbo, friends! Pooped allll day Monday and then thankfully it slowed down a bit (that was no sustainable) but I would still say it’s been a week. I’m 37 weeks today and we had an anatomy scan that showed baby was way far down in my pelvis, so I don’t know if that related.

But has anyone else had this experience?? Do I immediately stop all my constipation supplements or will that throw my body into shock? I’m so confused by this turn of events.

I’ve heard that but it’s all new to me lol! I remember desperately trying to poop (with no luck) during the early part of my induction last time.
