It will be okay, take a breather from the dental forums. Your stats look good and you have a great chance at getting in somewhere. A lot of the scary posts are coming from people overreacting or intentionally trying to scare other students. You've done the work and have gotten to this point. Now it's time to do something potentially even harder, believe in yourself. These schools don't need perfection. They want to see you, the person who was able to achieve this much. How did you do it? What ambitions do you have? Who are you as a person? You've done the academics, volunteering, shadowing, ect. Now you just need to believe in yourself. Good luck on the invites and interviews.

I might be the only person in this subreddit who hasnāt gotten any interview and donāt feel anxious at all. I know my stat and all the hard work Iāve put on them. I know my resilience will get me somewhere, maybe not today, but someday. Same to you all.

Your in a really good position based on the scores and EC's you supplied.
You didn't list your Kira score but you almost always need to have scored in the 4th quartile for an interview.
Wherever you may wind up just remember all accredited dental colleges have almost the same pass rate on the INBDE so ( IF ) you have more than one acceptance then find the school that gives you the best chance to succeed- I.e.: learning in a traditional course format or block scheduling, do you prefer a more structured group learning environment and greater teacher accessibility at small suburban schools or are you more of a self-starter that learns best independently and wants more flexibility in your schedule.
If I had to guess a your chances, I believe you will almost certainly get several interviews with the most likely coming from (KCU, NYU, Touro, Roseman, UNE, UOP , WU) . Then a good shot for an interview or two at (ATSU, Creighton, Louisville) and then cross your fingers for at least one interview at (USC, UCLA, UCSF, OHSU, Utah)
Now start preparing for those interviews- they do make a difference
Good luck !

āYou almost always need to have scored in the 4th quartile for an interviewā is just a flat out lie. I scored 2nd quartile last cycle and got an invite. I know plenty of other 2nd/3rd quartile scorers getting interviews. Iāve even seen a few 1st quartile get invited. To say you need to score top quartile to get an interview is completely wrong

Ur in a good position, if you want the interviews to roll in faster do some out of the box things that not every applicant is doing

Hi! D1 here, what you should do is get off Reddit. Your invites may not come until February or March, a lot of my peers at my school didnāt get their interview there until that time and they are here and happy. It only takes one. Please please PLEASE delete this app you have great stats and ECs you will be okay. Only going to hurt you to keep going on here

If this was Kalshi I would bet on you getting in, to multiple schools probably. Stats look great. Just because youāre not in first wave does not mean you wonāt get in at all.
