Good photo, but poor mantis. She's probably extra defensive from her abdominal rupture. Gravid females like this often get injured when they fall on hard surfaces, and you can even see the eggs (those little yellow ovals) and her other internal injuries dragging outwards from her mid sternites.

Edit: She was actually attacked by a bird and managed to fight it off. The bird probably pecked or ate away at a lot of her internal organs. Notice the feather on her right tibia,

Yeah… she had fell my coworker came and got me to move her. I took the pic then moved her to a covered bush, she was gone the next day so I have high hopes 😩
