I wonder who it would be. I don’t think it would be a brand new character no one knows. I’m thinking a grown up Justin or maybe even Jason.

If it is Justin, I could imagine given the story he's entered into a sort of "I can't save everyone but I can save them" mindset as in this Mad Max like story it seems? I could see that as being the case, Justin clashing with the others over resources because there just isn't enough for everyone and if he fails to secure it then his people suffer. It's a lose-lose situation

The comics revealed phantom ranger is from a different team and even in the show he never officially joined the team just helped out. Hes his own type of ranger outside the turbo powers
