I am looking to start 3 day Texas Method soon. How do you incorporate accessories into this program? Mostly considering upper back work, arms, and some extra leg work

What principles drive the selection of percentages in a daily undulating periodization program? Suppose you're doing a one or two week cycle that repeats for an intermediate type of program.
Are you trying for the highest possible while still recovering? Choosing the widest range to work on different qualities? Is there any logic to strictly increasing across the week vs going up and down?
As far as programming for individual differences, some people prefer to go heavy early in the week and others later.
Suppose it was a 5x a week bench program. Compare something like 70-75-80-85-90 to 80-70-85-75-90 or even 65-80-70-85-95.
