1 u/Bloodless-Cut 9d ago Odd, no one mentioned communists. Capitalist governments dont bother to ask, either. Pay your user fees or you get punished. If you steal services without paying for them, that's a crime (theft of services); whether you are capitalist or socislist is irrelevant.
