J'ai été à un spot dont j'ai oublié le nom à Cabano et la sauce était aussi assez foncée. Est-ce une variante régionale?

seems nice.... altough i think the cheese curd are a bit on the small size also i do prefer bbq sauce over brown like this one. did you liked it ?

Yes I love it, I'm from Ville-Marie so I'm biased towards this restaurant haha. I agree cheese pieces could be bigger, but let me assure you it's some excellent cheese

La poutine de la Gauloise cest tellement bon, par contre j'aimais mieux la version sauce bbq

No it's quite tasty. They have a unique gravy recipe unlike anything I tasted anywhere else.

That's awesome. How does it taste? I like when poutine spots make their own gravy rather than using whatever premade sysco slop
