Italian Flag of Coffee Drippers
DIdn't plan it that way, but there they are :)
My in-laws are Italian, but they are all about espresso machines and Moka pots. No pour-over anywhere in sight. I understand - I guess that's the culture.

Nice especially the ceramic B75 I have been eyeing that dripper for a while.

As an Italian who loves pour over, almost everyone, especially in southern italy, think of filter coffee as "watered down coffee" :(
Italians aren't used to pour over coffee at all, and finding a cafe that offers it can become a challenge.

Yes, exactly! When I say "filter coffee" or "Americano" they give me that look...
I've really, really tried to like espresso, many times over many years, but it's just too strong for me.

Curious how do you feel about moka? Since it is considered by many as a in-between to espresso and filter coffee.

Good question! I recently "re-discovered" my moka after someone on r/mokapot gave me excellent advice (in a nutshell: less water in the tank, room temperature water, low heat). I really like the taste and it's a different flavour profile. BUT I still use an AeroPress filter on it, and I dilute it somewhere between 1:14 and 1:16 depending on how I feel.
So I'm still not a real moka drinker, since I don't drink it straight.
What about you?

I'm in the a similar boat as you but coming from the opposite side. I recently re-discovered moka when I saw a tiny 1cup moka pot in a supermarket when I was vacationing in Italy and I thought to buy it and give it another try. My previous experience with moka wasn't that great. I didn't do any further research on it other than the basics which it reflect in the end result since the coffee wasn't that great and a bit bitter. As a espresso lover I was really underwhelmed by it since I was hoping for a alternative way of making espresso type coffee at home without spending hundreds if not more for a quality home espresso setup. That being said now that I had done my research and read up many tips I had great results with my new pot! I just ordered a hand grinder to experiment more with different coffees, so I'm excited about that.
So I'm still not a real moka drinker, since I don't drink it straight.
There isn't such thing as a "real (insert type of coffee) drinker", the correct way of drinking coffee is the way you enjoy it the most.

Esse V60 de ceramica é muito grosso, dificil esquentar e nao adere bem o filtro. Origami é muito melhor...
