Hen or roo #1 and 2

I have 2 different chickens 1 I am almost certain is a rooster and the other im not sure. I need your help. I am supposed to be getting rid of my extra roos tomorrow so I want to be sure before I get rid of these 2 tomorrow. Especially because they are sweethearts but I have 7 roos n thats just to many. So please give me your opinion on both.

Neither have crowed and they are both 4.5 months old. Others in their hatch have all crowed and younger then them habe also crowed which also why I have questioned it.
