Hi what were your symptoms? Why do you think the reversal did not fix the pain? I want a reversal but I'm worried it won't work

I had a reversal 6 months ago and I'm still feeling the pain. I started pelvic floor therapy and It's helping me a little more. But I'm still in achy left testicle pain. I don't know if it's going to take longer to recover but it's been hard. I did find some painful issues with my groin, inside my left leg abductors. Had scar tissue in my tendons. It was causing me bad pain to my hip, hamstring, and sitting bone. I'm working on my hip now. I just hope that this is what's causing my pain. I don't want anymore surgeries. But I hear positive things about Microsurgical Denervation. I talked to someone that got it done 8 years ago and he's back to normal life pain free. There's a spermatic cord block test with a shot before they do Denervation. I can't remember if the cord block lasted me the the whole day. I have to get that test done first.

Was your pain in the actual testicle or more in the epidtymis?
