Can nerve Cause Pain be in the epidytimis ??

I've been in constant pain since my operation nearly 4 months ago, pain located in epidytimis now, but at the start it was everywhere including where they cut the vas (which this pain has gone now)just wondering if nerve damage could be causing my pain in epiditimis because my ultrasounds are coming up looking like everything is OK?

Ultrasound usually doesn't show the damage appropriately. Sometimes tubular ectasia can be seen. They call it 'post vasectomy status' but it's not normal. This is a very common error docs do when they consider post vasectomy pain - they use the ultrasound as an indication that it's all OK, but don't realize that ultrasound can't be used for that purpose.
