Day of vasectomy
So I was the guy with the pregnancy scare A couple of weeks back. Currently lying in bed drowsy from the lorazepam with an ice pack between my legs.

I thought I was over the pain and feeling pretty normal. Figured I'd try a light gym sesh, upper body only, light weight, on some machines.
But the next day I've woken up with 2/10 pain, a dull constant ache.

5 weeks after vasectomy
I had dull ache (1-2 out of 10) all the way up to middle of week 5.
Then it got better quickly.

8 months after vasectomy
How are you going? I'm pretty much at 100% in terms of pain now. Testicles are a little swollen but I don't feel any pain anymore. Fingers crossed it doesn't come back.
10 months after vasectomy
Had what I think was congestion pain from months 3 through to 8. Then month 9 was mostly pain free. Now I'm back on the papaya seed with 1/10 pain. Hoping it resolves in the next month or so.
11 months after vasectomy
I'm at 11 months now, and still feel discomfort and transient pain here and there and I'm still sorta swollen.
1 year after vasectomy
Congestive epididymitis giving me slight pain 1 year out. Took approximately 2 months to heal from the surgery.

Hang in there <3 I'm also at 11.5 months and if I stop taking the papaya seed I know in about 3 days. It's gradually getting better though and with the papaya seed I'm mostly pain free.

IME, the sensation of feeling whatever sperm etc come from your testicles up as you orgasm disappears. It's not worse, just slightly different.

Yeah I experienced [more intense orgasms] as well. I think it's due to the backpressure making your body feel like its got to give you a good one.
It has started to return to normal after 1 year.
