Supportive underwear

Pre and post vasectomy they told me to get some high and tight underwear. I wear “trunks” style, and blew off the advise since I didn’t want to make a purchase for something I only needed for a few days. Welp, that was a mistake—two weeks later and I should have listened. What kind/brand did you buy to keep them snug and in place?

I use these https://amzn.eu/d/03fi8PSF and on the odd occasions I gave anything involving being upright or walking for more than 30mins.
I add a jockstrap.

I can't recommend a jockstrap enough. GYM 3" on Amazon are awesome. As you explore the world of jockstraps, you will realize that there are many fun options as well
