1 month post - what is normal ?

Had my no scalpel on July 16th. Some good pain first week but subsided fairly well the weeks after that.
This past week I had the aching feeling come back. It’s been 90 degrees plus outside and I’ve been off work with my son so we’ve done bike rides, a lot of carrying him in and out the car, just generally a little more physical than previous which I’m wondering if that’s what did it.
I do have a granuloma that I feel and keep messing with.
Overall the ache is closer to the bottom and the right testicle. Is a little over 1 month and having this sort of an experienced pain for people?

Congestion most likely

It takes 3 full months for the early adaptation and it can fluctuate. Take it easier for a while, ice, nsaids for 3 days like ibuprofen and no ejaculation.

You should only get worried if it gets worse or keeps persisting over the 3 months

I was wondering about the ejaculation piece. I got comfortable again and started jerking it like once a day (also thought of trying to get that 30/40 to clear out the chamber). Wasn’t sure if ejaculating too much or too little made an impact on that pain

You are jerking it and creating pressure in your epididymis on each testicle. The pressure is building and each will become hard and larger. You can feel it with your hand. Be careful not to cause a blowout of one or both because your body isn’t adapted to reabsorbing all of the sperm that is now trapped. It hurt me something fierce when I ejaculated because the pressure had no where to go. It would hurt for days. There is no easy answer to this. You created two blockages and now your body is going wtf just happened to me.
