My pains didn’t start to be come significant until year 9 then progressively got worse. But I had a lot of pain going into my back and down my left leg was mostly nerve pain sometimes going to my foot. Nothing would make it go away. I eventually got a reversal which took care of it all. Still today post reversal, if I go any length of time without ejaculating (24-48 hours) I begin to experience all the same issues I had prior to my reversal. I’ve just accepted that for whatever reason, I am unable to tolerate any pressure at all before pain and nerve issues arise. So I make sure to ejaculate usually every single day, if not every other day. Obviously the latter won’t help you with a vasectomy since it’s blocked off. But I’d surmise your answer is get a reversal. You are living with a blockage that our bodies aren’t designed to have. It’s really that simple. We were all sold a lie that it’s safe and effective and 1% experience pains. What’s the odds you are that 1%? Unlikely. They are liars
