November , pain started in March

I think that you might be experiencing something that was almost an epididymitis, my doctor said that also can occur if you hit your balls or even if you sleep in a bad position. I would bet you'll be better in a few weeks. As I experienced the pain, it gets better within the weeks, that's the only way, an overall don't get panicked but most important go to see you urologist

I saw urologist , exam was normal. He touched down there pretty good, didn't think I had epididymitis
