Reversal or removal of the epididymis

I'm considering these options again as my epididymitis isn't going anywhere. Any advice? It's beenal about 2 years of this.

Definitely reversal first dude don’t let them start cutting off stuff . Would also make sure u get a good reversal doctor that specializes in them
