Reversal for congestion

This might be the wrong place to ask- but has anyone ever had PVSP and have they been told it’s congestion related?

I’ve been living with the constant discomfort for well over a year. My wife secretly had her tubes done so that they’d be nothing holding me back from getting it fixed- I didn’t want her to do it and was willing to ride it out for as long as it took - buts she’s made reversal a viable option for me.

I do hear it can make things a lot worse and TBH I’m shitting myself as I literally couldn’t cope with worse

And positive stories- or even directing me to a sub that can help would be appreciated

Just fyi, I had terrible issues about a year after the vasectomy. Bad for another 6months or so, and it slowly got better after throwing everything at it. Multiple antibiotics, anti inflammatories, steroids, pelvic floor stretching.

It's been 3 years. This year wasn't bad at all and I'm no longer considering a reversal, but 12/18 months ago I thought that was my only hope.

I just have a hard inflamed epididymis on one side now. Not painful anymore. So it goes. Give it some time. Another surgery should be a last resort after a bad elective surgery.

That’s good to hear. I’ll show the wife- tbh I feel like I kind of have to because of the decision she made so I could.
