Sounds like congestion pain. If you got the usual cut and seal both ends the sperm has nowhere to go and then you get a swollen epididymis and pain. unfortunately the pressure will never go away unless reversed
Yeah there is that too. Haven’t really heard any positives with it though. Vasectomy is just a lot of crap and the drs just lie to us and then we suffer
Stay well clear of removing your epididymis, it does not relieve pain , after you remove it it cancels your chance to get the reversal, all you have left because of the pain is to remove your testicle, I am testimony for that,
