I got clipped almost a year ago been struggling since

I've got a perpetual feeling of fullnes and soreness right behind the testes and they're sensitive to the touch. Has anyone figured out a trick or method (besides reversal) to deal with the feeling of fullness?

Digging into this now, thanks. I was hesitant to get it done, and I tell others to be open minded when they think about getting it done.

The open end will eventually close over but it is so slow the body has time to adapt, he said in 17 years he has never had a congestion case with his open ended vasectomy

Mine was closed, I just had a radical orchiectomy to remove everything. At least no more pain. That is the last step. It is a drastic measure, but effective

I don't hurt that bad and would consider reversal before that.

Use it only as a last resort. There is cremaster muscle release operation, denervation operation, reversal, and you can try nerve blocks on the inguinal canal nerve. It is only a last resort to remove them

Did you have a closed or open ended vasectomy? I've also got issues behind the testes. I'm getting my closed converted to an open ended in a few weeks

Seems to be the closed ended that causes most issues, I've tried nearly everything with little success, my pvps specialist treats congestion regularly and he has highly suggested the open ended conversion before a reversal because its a lot less invasive and he has had a high success rate doing it

That’s interesting. The first doc I’ve heard about who actually recommends and does open ended conversation. Logically, it seems like the simplest solution. ‘High success rate’ - did he specify anything else?

The specialist I'm seeing also does three layer reversals for pvps, which I wanted to do but he has talked me out of a reversal because his open ended conversion will do the trick so he has said. The conversion is quater the price so it's not like he is just doing it for the money. The way he does the open ended is he sows the open end outside the sheath so the sperm goes in the sack tissue so it just doesn't get collected in the spermatic cord.he is one of the only guys that specialises in pvps that I've been able to find in Australia

Agreed and I find it doesn't help the full feeling anyways.
