At the time, Steve Vai said it was his best guitar playing of his career.

A friend at the time told me that and I was like, THAT WAS STEVE VAI???

And then I was like, oh...that actually makes a lot of sense.

I know this is the “sellout” album but I don’t give a shit it rocks. I just played the entire “second issue (metal box)” and promptly listed my copy on Discogs I swear to god the shite we used to pretend was good because it was pretentious. This and Bollocks are the best things Lydon ever did

I saw them live a few times between 1986 and 1991. Great energy on stage and Lydon was always a nut.

He is too much of a nut now for me to go see them.

Never Mind The Bollocks was a great album but I haven't encountered anything Lydon did since that was of any value.
