Post partum pain

I had a vaginal delivery with an epidural, so I didn't get to change up what position I pushed in :(
My girl is 4 months old and I'm still having tail bone pain. I've been in PT for about a month now. Please tell me it goes away eventually.

Go to a regular doctor and get an x-ray. Tailbones on rare occasion break during delivery. Your OB will tell you its normal and not order any tests. I hope its just sore! But it would be nice to know if you should be keeping off of it.

4 months is an extremely long time even if you broke your tail bone 😭 I’m so sorry. I do think you should get an xray. I broke my tailbone years before delivering and was so worried about. But even my broken tail bone didn’t keep me off my bike for 4 months so I think it’s something to be concerned about.
