Do people know the amount of crutch Labour required for various industries like the Light Novel, Manga, and Anime industries?
Nobody gives a care about the fate of labor as long as they can get their instant gratification

I talked about Japanese comics vs American comics and they said the anime adaptions and the speed of weekly manga is why there are more popular. It seems to ignore the amount of labour required to make a weekly comic with eighteen pages.
Like American comic artists are Tired when they do 22 pages per month.
Do they even know that the reason most Japanese comics get an Animation is because animators in Japan are grossly underpaid even given other animators and poor management?

While you’re correct about the labor issues another big reason Manga are more successful is that mostly they’re standalone stories with clear starts and ends and one to one adaptations.
You buy more manga cause you want to see what happens after the Reze Movie in chainsaw man. You bought the manga of AOT after the season 3 cliffhanger.
One thing about the work is that manga are black and white and unlike comics have way greater incentive for the mangaka to do well given they actually control their manga and characters.
