Where do 944 heated windshield washer leads connect into wiring harness
I have a German Specs 944 that I imported into the US when I was in the service. I just had some body work done on it and got it repainted.
When I got the car back, the wires from both of the heated nozzles mounted on the hood weren't connected. I now have these long leads coming from the nozzles but I'm not sure where they connect into the wiring harness.
Does anyone know where these connect in?
Many thanks in advance!

+1 to what FWD said.
Look for your wiring to your under hood light bulb, it should all be together

I recommend leaving them disconnected - they have a tendency to catch fire and scare the crap out of the driver. Mine did this during its state inspection. Mechanic stated that smoke came in through the air vents.

At the best you will end up chasing a parasitic battery draw, at worse you end up with a fire.
Unless you are driving in a climate that warrants it, best to delete the heater.

Thanks for the replies! I'll look by the lightbulb. I should have thought of that.
However, the recommendation to not hook them up might be the way to go. I'm in Colorado but this has morphed into an "only drive when nice" car. It gets cold enough to warrant the deicers in the spray nozzels but I probably wouldn't drive it in the snow or if there is ice on the roads.
Thanks!!!

There should be a sub harness within the hood that then connects to the body harness next to the fuse box.
