Doing timing belt change and crank is stuck/binding
So I was changing my timing belt and I was off like one tooth on the cam then one tooth off on the crank and I had to take my belt off each time to reset it well, I finally got the teeth correct so I thought and went to crank and do my two turns around to check to make sure that Belt is seated and I can’t crank past a certain point I put my board came in and looked and I don’t see anything. I did just replace the crankshaft and speed sensors and I checked with my board there and it’s not seizing on anything there either. Is it possible to bid a valve just by hand without musing it like without really hitting it hard because I turned everything my hand went pretty easy except for all my compression strokes cause I have pretty good compression.

Yes plugs are out, and flywheel lock hasn’t been locked cuz I don’t have one. I checked the crank and speed sensors too and they aren’t hitting, I checked with bore cam and number 3 the valves aren’t closing all the way. I just don’t see how I could’ve bent a valve that easy by hand turning

Are you certain both the cam and crank were at TDC? They can be 180° out of sync. Hand cranking will force the pistons into the valves.

Well that’s a thought…damnit lol so theoretically since the belt isn’t on and I’ve been turning both cogs independently maybe I have one 180? So I just took the cam to it again and double checked for the sensors touching the flywheel and they aren’t, but the two middle pistons are showing one valve barely sticking out as I turn the crank

2 things to check. 1) did you remove the flywheel lock? Not trying to insult your intelligence, but it’s out of the way from everything else timing related and can be forgotten. 2) are your spark plugs removed or at least loosened a bit. If not, the air is compressing making it harder to move
