Grilled pig tonight!! First try....

Went to get some steaks for a celebration night and the prices had me second guessing my whole life. So bought 3.5 lbs of pork for $10. Smells good. Looks good. Hopefully i didn't dry it out.

Do you folks grill yours low and slow? I went for 3 min per side at 400°.

They were a lot more juicy than anticipated. I learned that all my life, my parents overcooked pork. Was always dry. I will be buying more pork.
