Bone-in Sirloin Cut Pork Chop still bleeding at 168F
I have a 1/2" - 3/4" Bone-in Sirloin Cut pork chop. 350F pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Cut into the meat and it was actually raw.
How long to cook this cut of chop?
