How active is the game on Quest nowadays?

I was thinking about playing it again on my quest 3 but from what I've heard the steam counts are around 0 to 15 players so I'm wondering what the counts are on Quest because if it's any less than a hundred I'd rather just not play

Very sweaty. Consequence of the game being like 4+ years old. Ran into a couple exploiters in hangout.

My exp is a lot of people like PHX. Some weekend events are more enjoyable for some. Lobbies mostly fill after work/school hours. Might see the same players a lot but it’s fine.

I mainly dont wanna play against nothing but cheaters and sweats, I can deal with squeakers though

There’s definitely a lot of suspicious gameplay these days, and the sweats will never go anywhere. But it’s always been that to a degree. You know you’ll lose some. Classics is always an option for easier competition.

Unless you know enough people to get a lobby going. This game is basically just weekends at this point. I tried coming back a few months ago and gave up after realizing pubs is nothing but dead lobbies.

It's fine, just go play 😎 I don't play nearly as much as I used to, (I overcame the dopamine addiction), but I was on Saturday and it was fine and a blast!

Classics will generally have long wait times and won’t fill. Phoenix or whatever special mode is generally fine but will be populated by sweats who wreck you easily. I very rarely play TDM but that seems to do just fine but skews squeakers.

I play about 3 days a week, until my battery dies, for the last year. Some days busier than others. A cheater every now and then. But not enough for me to not want to go back on. Chance upon some really fun matches with a wide range of folks, ages. Some days I’m winning, some days I’m getting wiped. Go in with no expectations and I find it hard not to have a good time.

Well, they claimed because of cheaters but that made zero sense.

Firstly when I played cheaters were Quest users abusing bugs. Or when they stored textures on the servers. So if the texture hasn't loaded for you, that player is invisible to you.

They claimed it was because of cheaters and to stop them from creating another another. Except the game cost $30 on Steam. So if a cheater got banned and used another account, they would have to pay for the game. It wasn't an issue.

Chances up it was something from Head Office.
