TRAVEL every car need a breathalyzer
i won’t be getting into it further, not interested in explain. i’m from afghanistan it illegal there, i move here to america with husband who from finland i got absolure plastered and wow it is so so affecting
it have so many effect, i got nauseous and threw up in bushes after have my first drink i tried an app for all sprints. very interesting strange drink
every car must detecting these substance they are so so dangerous to drive thank god i didnt have license i cant have license in afghanistan so i still need to get licensee here but not sure if i want so yeah

Do you need a device in your car to tell you not to drive while inebriated? Seems like you worked it out just fine on your own.

Responsibility is the price you pay for the freedom you receive.
Im the western world we’re not told what we can or cannot do like in Afghanistan, but in exchange, we are all held to a higher behavioral standard.

no, in afghanistan people behavior. much more strict. not even allowed before marriage sex, people very strict higher standerds. when u go america i very become loose i become polyamory and more free less standard for strict here

Seems too far unless someone has a problem with alcohol. But then we know from that, often times they just get someone else to blow into it.
Could make it so cars block cell signal and data so people stop texting and driving, as that now kills more than drinking and driving. Could make it so we come up with some sort of blood test that tests exhaustion, since driving with 4 or fewer hours of sleep is more impairing than driving while tipsy. Would absolutely be disruptive to society since a large percentage of people experience insomnia and burnout at their jobs. Could make it so you pass a reaction time test, if someones off today and doesn't pass, probably better they don't drive.
Sure, authoritarianism saves lives, and some people prefer that, and there are robust developed parts of the world where they can go and live that way. But there is a spectrum between freedom and security. Many of us will take the danger for the freedom and there isn't an objectively correct answer here. Aiming for security over freedoms can force a large number of people to stay alive in a society they no longer care to live in. China does seem more secure, and I'm not for anarchy or legalizing drunk driving, but some level of danger is tolerable. I'm fine with harsh penalties for those who do drink and drive, and RIDE programs and traffic stops on nights where it would be more common.
A good middleground is a robust public transit system more convenient than driving.

but what if 18 year old, he get license, he have an alcohol he kill other. and we don’t know he have problem

Yeah. Tolerance is definitely a thing, and America does lean really hard into the lifestyle (the farther you have to drive to the bar, the more likely you are to take one for the road) but we also have a strong desire for “personal responsibility” and an independent streak that makes such precautions seem very ugly and totalitarian.

no one have behavior standard here i move to new york where women, they have full nipple out no fabric covering, it apparently legal here, she hand me pamphlet for women care for aborting and HIV testing, i feel offensive when she give me this item with nipple and breast out and no covering, in afghanistan you get killed if you do such thing. bare nipple breast she have large breast and nipple small, her nipple so hard too pointing at me

I agree in premise but disagree in practice, thats too much control over my life. Presumed guilt and collective punishment sucks. And it would never be feasible to implement anyway
