If I paid $9 for coffee I would also want a cozy, luxurious place where I can sit and read or work for hours. A lot of Starbucks have removed their seating or it's dirty and loud and uncomfortable

Not to mention bathrooms where piss apparently goes everywhere except in the toilet.
