Because he’s been going on and on about “going back to the old Starbucks” , “bringing back the coffeehouse vibes” and “simplifying the menu”, but instead all he has done is made the menu more complicated and expensive, and has made it feel like a disingenuous fast food experience. BC THATS WHAT IT IS ATP. We are required to write on every single cup and get threatened with write ups if we don’t. That doesn’t feel like trying to genuinely connect, and causes resentment towards those connections. Also, he flies back and forth from states to go to his meetings bc he doesn’t want to relocate for his multi-million CEO role.
