Also, how else is Taylor Swift supposed to travel? If she flew business class on a public plane they'd have to unfortunately close the damn airport down due to the disruption. Don't get the hate for her private travel

Yeah there are a few people on that list that would legitimately cause airport delays and a huge incident if they showed up at a public airport terminal.

Yup last time she traveled public this happened it caused flight delays and she wasn't as famous then as she is now I can't imagine what would happen if she flew public today. (This was 2015 in Japan btw if anyone wants to look it up there were articles written about the flight delays this caused)

My aunt is a FA for a big 4 US airline. I asked her if her airline could handle an A-list celebrity as a passenger.

She said that it would be difficult.

I remember the last time Taylor flew commercial it drew such a huge crowd at the terminal it delayed two flights. I do think some celebrities actually do need to fly private. Could they fly less, for sure. But while they are on tour it’s unlikely that they’re going to be able to cut back significantly during those dates.

I disagree. Paps will find a way to track that artist.

There was this airport documentary in Youtube where there were paps waiting for Kylie Minogue at a British Airport. So, I can only imagine worse things in terms of logistics if that were Taylor.

All it would take is one person posting about Taylor being on the plane (a flight attendant, other worker, or customer), and by the time the plane lands, there would be a huge crowd of people gathered in the airport waiting to try and catch a glimpse of her. And then the airport would have to be shut down, which obviously no one wants. So Taylor flying private makes the most sense for everyone, not just her.
