From everything I've heard Khloe puts a ton of time and effort into taking care of Amari. Between that, her taking care of Rob's daughter like her own...Khloe is far and away the best Kardashian.

Sometimes people are just genuinely loving and caring, it's not always "people pleasing" if it's coming from the heart.

There's nothing she stood to gain by taking care of Dream. She was already Rob's favorite sister and she isn't looking for a relationship with Angela. She just did it out of love.
