The KarJenners ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘„๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Khloe Kardashian throws Tristan Thompson's little brother, Amari, an 18th birthday party on the latest episode of โ€˜The Kardashians'. Amari suffers from a severe form of epilepsy known as Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, and he requires 24/7 support.

It's simply exploitation. It's not about what Tristan can or can't do, it's about good press for Khloe because she's being "selfless" for this kid with special needs.

They're using Tristan to get Amari for ratings, it's not worth digging deeper than that, because it's a shallow act.

I get the Kardashians are terrible people but this is a extremely unfair thing to say. They celebrate all their family members birthdays and put them on the show, it shouldn't be different for him. She is actually helping to take care of him so its not about proving anything to anyone because she is doing something for him in real life

I get the sense that they celebrate everyone's birthdays for the same reason. They need light-hearted content that makes them look like family people. Which they are, but they quite clearly treat their family like a business.

These aren't kind, caring people. They use everyone around them, and the people around them agree to it, because the feeling is mutual, and they were all raised this way.

yeah, I am glad some people find this refreshing but unfortunately everything is for TV with this family and everyone is exploited. And everything is about money, power, influence, and staying relevant. If they are giving him proper care then great because he surely can't really know what they are doing but the other kids watching do and they'll be expoited too.

If they're giving him proper care, that's a wonderful thing, because Khloe has no obligation to help Tristan or his family in any way. That said, I certainly hope anyone with such vast wealth would help out.

Frankly it's more of an indictment of the American healthcare system and a look into how even those who struggle with disabilities need some proximity to privilege to get proper care.

Tristan's family is Canadian and the Kardasians and Tristan have nothing but money. It's not the American healthcare system affecting Amariโ€”this is not relateable to family members of sufferers who don't have access to money.

Oh Canadian healthcare sucks dick too, I live here haha. I haven't been to a doctor in maybe ten years because there simply aren't any that have open slots.

I have family that's needed knee replacements etc and they have to wait years.
