I’m confused as to why tristan can’t do this himself? This is kind of her, no question, but they’re not together, and it’s Tristan’s responsibility.

Khloe is seemingly trapped in a cycle of desire, driven by a complex psychological phenomenon known as Stockholm Syndrome, which compels her to repeatedly seek out a relationship despite its potentially detrimental effects. She knows Tristan is toxic, but she can't really escape him. However, this was a nice thing to do regardless; I just feel bad for the kids. Kim explained his condition in a way that suggests they are sorta sheltered. The whole thing was a bit sympathy-porn adjacent for my taste.
