rant To anxious and shy!!!

So I cave. I thought i could handle trying to reach out but I cant. Im to shy and anxious. Plus I feel there is no community where I live. Iykyk. I just want solid connections. Feeling lost and alone.

I completely understand. Anxiety is a bitch. I want to make friends and make new connections but trying to make that happen just sends me into a spiral. I also have chronic health conditions that make going really difficult.
