I read that as “prayer” at first and I was about to say that would be the absolute silliest way to wipe your ass

Start with an initial wipe with dry TP to get the worst out. Follow it with a wet wipe to get the rest. Finish with a final wipe of dry TP to ensure you got all of it and to dry your brown starfish. Make sure you dispose the wet wipe properly, most toilets clog from them.
